Cost Centers

PrintItel Cost Centers be it departments, offices, divisions or any other organizational structure provide for much of the systems value in regards to ordering and reporting efficency. End users are routed to specific Centers through the use of their username and password and see only those product templates and associated modifications available based upon their permissions. Static information such as non variable text, shipping information, pricing and the such may be hidden to streamline and speed up the ordering process. Once an order has been placed, an optional “Approval” function seamlessly built into the system and cost centers allows orders to be automatically routed to managers for approval or rejection, including email alerts for both managers & users.

Templates

PrintIntel is a template based solution with four distinct template protocols to address most product needs. Static templates are used when no product changes are required such as ordering a carton of copy paper. Fixed Variable templates allow for changes to be made only within a fixed format. Corporate business card master imprints are a perfect example. Free Variable templates allow for total edit capabilities when working with printed items including the uploading of images to their online library. This is simply an unlimited online design solution using off the shelf or custom designed layouts. Fixed/Free Variable templates are a combination of the last two templates. A predefined template can be created with only certain information or images available for unlimited edit, on top of static information or images. A company newletter is a perfect example where formatting remains static and only content and images change each issue.
